RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Displayline has a 7-day Return and Exchange period on all items excluding items on sale/clearance.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Anything over the 7-day period may be returned with a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Displayline staff.

Unfortunately Displayline can not offer an exchange, credit note or refund on the following items:

• Custom made products

• Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request

• Any product/s powder coated at your request

• Discontinued, clearance, sale or display stock

• Freight charges will not be refunded

• Credit card surcharges will not be refunded

All card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Cash or EFT bank transfer accepted. 

​

EFT is available - Orders will not be dispatched/available for collection until payment has been received into our bank account. Payment receipts or remittance advice are not sufficient evidence that the funds have been cleared.
